APEX Group Classes

Do you prefer training in a group environment over 1:1 coaching? Do you need help learning proper form and set up before pushing your training to the next level? Join up to 9 fellow clients working on their personal fitness journey in our morning or evening Apex Class. Focused on strength building, the training program changes each month to keep you motivated and engaged. Each individual receives a personalized nutrition program at sign up that will be managed and adjusted throughout their membership. A Body Composition Reading will be recorded as needed and stored in our fitness app to help you track your progress.

  • Includes:

    • Group training program with 1:10 coaching 
    • 3 group classes per week
    • Personalized nutrition program
    • Body Composition Reading as needed
    • Access to fitness and nutrition tracking app
  • $300 per month

Personal Training

Our premier 1:1 fitness coaching service for those just getting started on their fitness journey or individuals seeking maximum support and personal motivation. Our expert coaches will provide extra attention and cueing to those who may not understand the proper form and set up. Ideally, you’ll learn the proper way to complete your program and move into a lower-cost group class to continue training as long as you’d like.

  • Includes:

    • Personalized training program with 1:1 coaching
    • Personalized nutrition program
    • Body Composition Reading as needed
    • Access to fitness and nutrition tracking app
  • $100 per session

    • 2x per week = $800 approx. per month
    • 3x per week = $1200 approx. per month
    • 4x per week = $1600 approx. per month

Small Group Personal Training

Not ready for group classes but not interested in 1:1 personal training? Our small group personal training allows up to six people to work on their individualized fitness programs simultaneously under trainer supervision. Sign up with friends or be placed in a group with others embarking on their own wellness journey and feel comfortable completing your program at your own pace.

  • Includes:

    • Personalized training program with 1:6 coaching (you’ll be working on your own and sharing the trainer’s attention with up to 5 other people)
    • Personalized nutrition program
    • Body Composition Reading as needed
    • Access to fitness and nutrition tracking app
  • $700/month per person

    • 3 60-minute sessions each week
    • Currently running M/W/F from 9-10 AM

Sports Performance or Specific Weight Loss

Athletes and other individuals looking to train remotely can now enjoy convenient virtual sessions with Apex trainers. After an initial meet and greet and disclosure of your medical history, our trainers will send you a list of exercises to complete on video, which allows them to determine your fitness baseline and create a program tailored to your needs. From there, you’ll consult on video once a month for 30-60 minutes (depending on the complexity of your needs) to discuss progress, issues, and new programming. 

  • Includes:

    • Personalized training program with 1:1 virtual coaching
    • Personalized nutrition program
    • Access to fitness and nutrition tracking app
  • $100 per week

    • Sports performance programs typically run 6-8 weeks in length

Gym Membership

Prefer to train on your own? No problem. Our gym membership gives you access the facility 7 days a week, from 10 am to 10 pm, so you can fit in your workout on your own time.

    • A personal code to access the gym 7 days a week (10 am to 10 pm)
    • Freedom to use any equipment in the facility
  • $70/month
